  3. Absolutely avoid applying photosensitizing or irritating products before the session, such as: Acids (AHA, BHA) Retinoids (retinol, tretinoin…) Benzoyl peroxide Citrus essential oils Photoactive medications or creams If you are undergoing dermatological treatment, ask your doctor for advice.

What is the difference between LED light and UVA/UVB?

The Radiance Mask does not emit UVA or UVB rays. Unlike ultraviolet rays, which are harmful to the skin, LEDs only emit specific wavelengths, scientifically recognized for their beneficial effects.

Is it possible to use the LED mask during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

As a precaution, it is not recommended to use the mask during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Since the effects have not been studied in this population, we advise you to consult your doctor before use.

What are the contraindications?

The use of LED masks is not recommended if:

  • You suffer from photosensitivity (intolerance to light), light-triggered migraines, or conditions such as lupus erythematosus, albinism, or photosensitive eczema.
  • You are taking photosensitizing medications (certain antibiotics, cancer treatments, diuretics, etc.). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
  • You are prone to epilepsy or other neurological disorders sensitive to light.

  • You suffer from genetic eye diseases related to light.

If in doubt or if you have a specific medical condition, always seek the advice of a healthcare professional.

After a cosmetic procedure (injections, thread lifts, dermabrasion…), how long should I wait?

The use of an LED mask after a cosmetic treatment must be approved by your healthcare professional. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor.

Can I use the mask every day?

For optimal results, we recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week , lasting 10 to 20 minutes each.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary depending on each person's skin needs:

  • Skin prone to acne, redness or irritation may experience rapid relief.
  • The effects on firmness and collagen production (red and infrared) generally require a regularity of 2 to 3 months to fully reveal themselves.

The key to visible and lasting results: consistency in sessions .

Do I need to charge my device before the first use?

The mask comes with an initial charge, but we recommend fully recharging it before your first session to ensure optimal battery life.

Can I use a charger other than the one provided by Radiance?

No. To preserve the battery and ensure the safety of your device, it is essential to use only the charger and cable provided by Maison Radiance . Using third-party accessories could damage the mask.

Can I keep my jewelry on while using it?

We advise you to remove any jewelry located on your face and neck (necklace, earrings, piercings…) to ensure safe use and optimal comfort.

How do I clean the LED Radiance Mask?

After each use, gently clean the inside of the mask with a damp wipe or a soft, lint-free cloth. Regular cleaning ensures optimal hygiene and prolongs the life of your device.
