Terms and Conditions - Maison Radiance
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern all sales of products offered on the website https://maison-radiance.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Maison Radiance, exclusively in the context of online sales.
They apply to all orders placed by a consumer (hereinafter the “Customer”) on the Website.

Article 3 – Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those applicable to in-store sales or sales through other distribution channels.
The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation before confirming their order.
Article 4 – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Website on the day the Customer consults it.
Maison Radiance currently offers the Radiance FacePro LED mask, and may in the future offer other products related to skincare, beauty, and well-being.
Each product is described in detail. Photographs and images are presented for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 5 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Maison Radiance reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price indicated at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.
Article 6 – Ordering
The Customer places an order directly on the Website according to the process provided for this purpose.
The order is considered final after:
- validation of the order summary,
- express acceptance of these GTC,
- and confirmation of payment.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the Website at the time of ordering (credit card, secure payment solutions, etc.).
Transactions are secured via the payment systems used by the Shopify platform.
Article 8 – Delivery
Delivery terms, times, and areas served are specified in the Shipping Policy, available at the following address:

Maison Radiance cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal, except in cases provided for by law (in particular for products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons).

Article 10 – Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described in Maison Radiance's Refund Policy.
No refunds will be made in the event of non-compliance with the conditions set out in the said policy.
Article 11 – Legal warranties
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
Any warranty claims must be addressed to customer service using the contact details provided in the Legal Notice.
Article 12 – Liability
Maison Radiance cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.
The Customer is required to strictly comply with the instructions for use provided with the products.
Article 13 – Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and the regulations in force (GDPR).
Article 14 – Intellectual property
All elements of the Website (text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Maison Radiance.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 15 – Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service in the first instance in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law.
